Awaken Your Energy: Revitalize & Restore
Our sacred day begins at 10:45 AM as the doors open, welcoming you into a space of peace and intention. At 11:00 AM, we unite in a grounding Welcome Circle to set our collective energy. The journey continues with as we awaken our bodies with a yoga session at 11:30 AM, flowing into a mindful lunch at 12:25 PM.. At 12:55 PM, we tap into our inner wisdom through meditative painting, allowing creativity energy to guide us. At 2:15 PM, we awaken the body with somatic dance, releasing stored energy and inviting joy. A deeply restorative sound bath follows at 3:05 PM, offering healing vibrations and stillness. We close the day at 3:40 PM with a heartfelt Closing Circle, honoring our experiences and the sacred energy we’ve cultivated together.
